Terms of use

These terms explain how Tinnitus Support works and the rules for using it. By using the site, you agree to them. Tinnitus Support is run by AKME LLC, doing business as Audflow, based in Prescott, Arizona (“we” or “us”).

Health information

Tinnitus Support is a directory of tinnitus clinics with plain-language information about tinnitus and its treatments. It is for general education and does not replace advice from an audiologist or doctor who has assessed your hearing. Treatment suitability and results vary from person to person, and the choice of clinic and treatment is always yours.

See a doctor quickly if your hearing changes suddenly, or if your tinnitus comes with dizziness or a pulsing sound that keeps time with your heartbeat. In an emergency, call 911. If you need someone to talk to right now, call or text 988.

How clinics are listed

Every clinic on Tinnitus Support treats tinnitus. Before a listing goes live, we check that the clinic is a real business at the address shown, that the clinic’s hearing care professionals hold the licenses their state requires, that the clinic offers tinnitus care, and that it provides each treatment shown on its profile. We repeat these checks at least once a year.

A listing means a clinic has passed these checks. It does not mean we have assessed the quality of its care, and we cannot guarantee results. Clinic details can change, so please confirm them with the clinic before you visit.

Featured clinics and the order of results

Listing on Tinnitus Support is free. Each month, a few clinics are chosen at random to appear in featured spots, with a visible “Featured” label. Otherwise, clinics are listed alphabetically, or from nearest to farthest when you search a place.

Clinics and manufacturers cannot pay to change their position, their reviews, or what our treatment pages say. If we ever offer paid placement, we will update this page first and label it “Sponsored.”

Reviews

The reviews on clinic pages come from each clinic’s public Google profile. We choose ones that talk about tinnitus care and show them unedited, with the reviewer’s first name only. Each review is one person’s opinion, not medical evidence and not the view of Tinnitus Support.

If you wrote a review shown here and want it removed, email info@tinnitus.support and we will take it down. A clinic can ask us to look at a review it believes is false or shares someone’s personal details. An honest review stays up, however critical it is.

Using the site

Please do not copy or collect the directory or reviews by automated means, interfere with the site, pretend to be someone else, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may block access for anyone who does.

The site’s text, design, and logo belong to AKME LLC or the people who license them to us. You are welcome to link to any page and quote short passages with credit.

Links and accuracy

We link to clinic websites, research, and other sources to help you. We do not control those sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

We work to keep the site accurate. Treatment pages show when they were last reviewed, and articles show when they were published. Information can change, so the site is provided as it is, without a guarantee that every detail is complete or current. If something looks wrong, please tell us.

Limits on our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the site, relying on its information, or receiving care from a listed clinic. Care is provided by the clinic and its clinicians. You are responsible for the information you send us, such as a listing request.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and disputes will be handled in the courts of Yavapai County, Arizona, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
