They have helped me tremendously when the tinnitus in my right ear. Without my hearing aids I could not tolerate the constant ringing. They fix things every time I go in, are super nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I have lost a lot of hearing mostly from bird hunting and falls and some trauma. I did not want to wear them at the start. Now I wish I could sleep with them.
