Jamie Ashcraft has worked in audiology for 25 years, and she learned sign language in college. She is the audiologist at the Centerville office on East Alex Bell Road, supported by patient care coordinator Debbie Henson, who joined in 2021.

When tinnitus is the concern, Jamie starts with a detailed evaluation of the sound you hear and how it affects your life, then a full hearing test. The team is clear that tinnitus has no single cure, but good management can ease its impact a great deal. Plans may include sound therapy, where gentle sound helps cover the ringing, plus counseling and hearing aids with built-in tinnitus features.
