I had my second follow up visit with Brett in Huber Heights last week. It was great as was my first. Brett answered all my questions and concerns both times. On the first visit he made adjustments to the hearing aids to that made them feel and fit better on my ears. On the second follow up in addition to replacing the filters and cleaning, he added the tinnitus 'wave' reliever program. The reliever is remarkable, my tinnitus all but disappears when I use it. I cannot thank Brett enough.
