Dr. Angela Koenig, an audiologist with a doctorate from Ohio State University, is described by the practice as passionate about and highly skilled in treating both hearing loss and tinnitus. She sees patients at the Wilmington office, which recently moved to a new home on Progress Way. Patient care coordinator Megan McIntosh helps with appointments.

Dr. Koenig's approach starts by learning about your tinnitus, including its sound, strength, and effect on your daily life, followed by a full hearing evaluation. From there she builds a plan for you. Sound therapy, which uses gentle outside sound to make ringing less noticeable, is often part of it, along with counseling on coping strategies.
