I came to this facility (before COVID) to get my hearing checked as I was having issues with Tinnitus. After a thorough hearing exam - I was offered some solutions to assist with my mild hearing loss and also help learn how to cope with the Tinnitus. They allowed me to try several different types of hearing aides - to make sure I have the ones that worked best for me. It took several visits - mainly due to COVID - to get it right - but they always followed up to make sure I was doing OK. The staff is very welcoming and professional and the clinic is following all safety protocols to assure our safety during any visits. I have already recommended them to friends in my neighborhood seeking hearing assistance.
