Dr Monroe /Tammy and the team have been great I developed ongoing and annoying tinnitus and was desperate for a ‘solution’. It was easy to set up an appointment at the Saratoga office and the office is comfortable, private and quiet Dr Monroe is great at establishing a comfortable setting where she helped me explore my issue. Her series of comfortable tests helped point to a potential cause of my issue and she was active in setting a plan and alternatives to deal with it . She provided me with the tools and self directed support I need to deal with my tinnitus and there has been no upselling of the other resources they have available. It’s nice to know they exist, but her advise and the tools she provided have helped me tremendously Worth a call if you’re looking for great local audiology related assistance
